Treasury Accounting & Reporting Specialist (f/m/x)

The Department FS Banking is responsible for the Preparation of Financial Statements according to local GAAP (UGB/BWG) and IFRS for RBI AG and our serviced Banking Subsidiaries. We focus on solving complex Accounting & Reporting issues of Banking Products. The team is also responsible for driving our finance IT architecture modernization program to change the way how banking products are processed within finance.

What you can expect:

• Responsible for the proper Accounting of Treasury/Capital Markets products according to UGB/BWG and IFRS
• Responsible for product related Reporting (incl. FinRep) and compilation of notes
• Execute Hedge Accounting for RBI AG and serviced Units
• Assurance of Accounting Principles to concrete implementation methodologies and processes
• Support Business colleagues in Accounting related questions and be contact partner for Audits
• Prepare analysis of the monthly results to the Management and perform Ad-hoc requests
• Provide Periodic Data Alignment with our Stakeholders of Capital Markets & Treasury
• Coordinate Reconciliation between General Ledger & Subledgers
• Manage and support Projects and the Onboarding of new Products within Finance
• Design innovations and improvements of product related Accounting & Reporting processes within our Group Finance Services Tribe

What you bring to the table:

• University Degree in Business Administration/Economics, Banking & Finance, Business Information Technology or similar
• Experienced in Finance, preferably in Accounting & Financial Reporting or Financial Analyses in a Bank or consulting business
• Deep knowledge of local Accounting standards (UGB/BWG) & IFRS
• Good Knowledge of Treasury/markets products, Hedge Accounting as a plus
• Strong Excel & MS Office skills, programming skills are an advantage
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong execution capabilities with focus of continuous improvements
• Results-driven Team-player with strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Willingness to continuously learn and grow
