Job Introduction

Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, more than 500 customers in some 150 countries with more than 40,000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience. HR International focuses on all HR related business activities on a global basis for the Frequentis group, operating from the Headquarters in Vienna. The team is embedded in a larger HR department and it’s responsibilities comprise three main pillars:

  • supporting pro-actively the global business for all Frequentis locations in all HR matters,
  • ensuring our policies are being implemented accordingly and
  • managing global mobility of our staff. In this responsible position you will find a great variety of tasks paired with a close collaboration with our main leaders and our business globally. This position offers you the opportunity to work globally with a team of experienced HR teams and contribute actively to our business success.
  • Key Task
    • You will be handling cross-border staff mobility projects for both short and long-term assignments, including consultancy for the best way to make it happen and in close cooperation with our tax and social security experts, as well as the receiving manager to ensure an efficient and successful mobility process
    • You will be managing international recruiting initiatives, the range covers consulting our local company managers on how to recruit best and occasionally also manage entire recruiting projects
    • You are actively participating in our global HR community to offer active support and manage their requests
    • You will be liaising with our local company leaders to ensure the best business support possible, who do not have local HR staff
    • You’ll be collaborating in global HR projects, like providing information and support on how to implement global HR policies and guidelines
    • You will be setting up and maintaining core global HR templates and distributing them
    Key Qualifications
    • You are holding a university degree in International Business Management or similar
    • You have a minimum experience of 3 years in a comparable position like HR Generalist in an international environment
    • You have an excellent command of English and German, any other language a plus. Having lived abroad for a longer period is also a plus
    • Your way of working is determined by flexible thinking paired with a structured way of implementing tasks/requests to achieve the best results
    • You act solution orientated and focussed and you are always willing to dive into new and complex topics (e.g. pros and cons of different legal/tax set-ups)
    • You can quickly adapt to different types of people and cultural environments
    • You are strongly business-minded, and can work in a cross-disciplinary manner and in a team, which will help you foster excellent relationships with your global customers and local company HR colleagues

    Annual Gross Salary from

    EUR 35.310

    This salary is the minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on a 38.5 hour week. Your actual annual gross salary results from the overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional experience and qualifications and is part of our attractive overall package.
